2.Eligibility
By using Go Loud, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
- You have the uthority to manage or promote the social media accounts submitted
- Your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and platform policies
3. Account Balance & Deposits
This deposit policy is designed to comply with common requirements of payment processors,including but not limited to Korapay,Paystack, and Flutterwave.
All payments made to Go Loud are treated as prepaid deposits for services offered on the Go Loud platform.
4. Refund Policy
- All payments are converted into Go Loud Service Credits upon successful payment
- Credits are intended for use within the Go Loud platform only to purchase available services
- Credits are not eligible for cash withdrawal or transfer outside the platform
- Unused credits remain available for future services on the Go Loud,subject to account status
By making a payment, you acknowledge that funds are converted into service credits to be used within Go Loud.
5. Service Delivery & Performance
Go Loud aims to deliver services as described ;however:
- We do not guarantee specific results such as follower counts,engagement numbers,or sales outcomes
- Service delivery timesare estimates and may vary based on platform conditions
- Temporary drops in engagement may occur due to platform updates or audits
Go Loud is not responsible for actions taken by social media platforms, including content removal,account restrictions,or change in algorithms.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use Go Loud for illegal ,misleading, or harmful activities
- Submit contents that violates platform rules or applicable laws
- Attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or exploit our systems
Any misuse may result in suspension or termination without notice.
7. Payments,Credits & Chargebacks
All payments made on the Go Loud are for the purchase of digitsl services and platform credits.
Once credits are added to an account or a service order is placed, payments are considered applied towards platform usage. As such, payments are not treated as traditional retail purchases but as access to Go Loud services.
Chargeback attempts made after credit have been used or services initiated may result in account review or suspension.
8.Limitation of Liability
Go Loud shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or online reputation
- Platform-related penalties or restrictions
Use of our services is at your own risk.
9. Modification to Services or Terms
Go Loud reserves the right to:
- Modify or discontinue services at any time

Continued use of the constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
